What is the Media Board?
The Media Board on Riverside allows you to upload and manage media files like videos, images and sounds to be played during recording sessions.
It helps you quickly incorporate pre-recorded content into live or already-recorded interviews, podcasts, or other productions. This feature makes it easy to organize and access media without interrupting the flow of your session.
Riverside's Media Board supports a variety of file types, including:
- Video: MP4, MOV, WebM
- Audio: MP3, WAV, AAC
- Images: PNG, JPG
Files should be less than 100 MB each and you can upload up to 100 media files per session.
How to play files using theMedia Board
- Join the studio as a Host or Producer.
- Click Media from the right-side menu.
- Click a media file’s tile to preview it.
- Click Live at the bottom of the sidebar to enable playback for all participants.
- Click the Play button next to Live to start the file.
- Adjust the volume with the audio slider. These changes to volume in the live call aren’t captured in the recorded file.
- Use the Loop button to repeat the media.
