Now that I've shown the quality difference. Let me explain what causes the difference in quality. Riverside provides you with high quality local recordings that you can download a separate tracks. After the recording, a local recording is where the audio and the video is recorded on the computer of the person recording then uploaded to the cloud to be downloaded afterwards.

This is different than an internet recording from Zoom or the audio and video is compressed and only available to download in lower case. The quality of the internet recording is dependent on yours and your guests, internet connection, and the resolution will be lower than a local recording. Internet recordings are usually compressed, which further degrades the current. Dropouts and the live video and the glitches that you'll notice in Zoom recordings are not this bulletin local recordings from Riverside.
