If you’re using Riverside’s video cutter online, then follow these steps to trim your video:
Step 1: Record or upload your video and then open it in the Editor.
Step 2: Go to the editing timeline and drag your video's beginning or end points to trim it on either end. You can also place your cursor where you want to cut and click “Split” to cut a track in two.
Alternatively, review the recording transcript and click “Delete” to remove the text you want to cut in your video. This automatically deletes the corresponding video.
You can also select text you want to keep and click the three-dotted menu, then “Keep only this”.
