Description

Riverside empowers companies to record podcasts and video interviews remotely in studio-quality. Since launching, we have experienced rapid growth and are trusted by customers such as Spotify, NY Times, NBC, CNN and iHeartMedia.

We are looking for a Demand Generation lead to join our Marketing team. In this role, you will contribute to the go-to-market strategy for Riverside enterprise clients. Riverside empowers creators and businesses to create high-quality audio and video content. This role is a combination of strategy and hands-on execution. You will collaborate with other departments on feature releases and you will create and execute the promotion strategy that will bring in new enterprise clients by communicating to them the value of Riverside.

What you’ll do:

  • Contribute to the messaging architecture of the company; ensuring messaging is always up-to-date with the most current customer, competitor, and market insights as well as target segments and customer segmentation and persona definition 
  • Develop end-to-end enterprise marketing campaigns & activities; webinars, blog posts, talks, keynotes, social media, and PR.
  • Own the day-to-day execution for a range of enterprise marketing channels, including creative, budget, targeting, testing, and reporting.
  • Develop targeted campaigns that support awareness, consideration, and decision phase campaigns
  • Partner with the product team from inception to launch on product features, with an eye toward company strategy, differentiators and customer needs.
  • Research, distill, and disseminate competitive and industry trends 
  • Identify revenue opportunities and act on them (ie new use cases, restructured partnerships, new features, or reimagined audience segments)
  • Produce and deliver sales and CS org enablement resources and trainings
  • Provide articles, how-to’s, and other resources to digital customer self-help resources 

Requirements:

Who you are:

  • Minimum 4 years experience as demand generation or product marketing manager at a SaaS B2B company
  • Strategic, analytical thinker and disciplined tactician
  • Creative marketer and storyteller
  • Experience with campaigns management  
  • Highly skilled at developing polished client-facing deliverables under tight deadlines
  • Demonstrated expertise in writing short- and long-form product marketing content
  • Experience writing about technology solutions
  • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skills


Bonus:

  • Worked in the audio/video industry
  • Experienced with working Hubspot, Amplitude, Google Analytics, Webflow, Segment
  • Experience in Linkedin campaign management
